National shipping directly to your residence or job site.
- All Products Except For Glass Block Windows
- Only $150. for entire order for most states. Exact shipping cost will be posted upon checkout prior to payment being collected.
- In most states your order will be shipped from factory via semi-truck directly to distribution center local to your delivery address. See below: "Alaska, Hawaii & California". Once order arrives at distribution center you will be contacted by shipping coordinator who will schedule shipping date & time with you. Order will generally be delivered via special glass box truck from distribution center to your shipping address, this ensures quality delivery of fragile products.
- You
must be present to receive shipment and assist driver in unloading since often only driver will be on truck.
- All deliveries are designed to be "curb side" only, however often out of courtesy driver will unload up at house, but it is not policy.
- It is the buyer's sole
responsibility to carefully inspect all items before accepting delivery. Once
delivery is accepted no returns of damaged merchandise can be made. Any
shortage or damage must be noted immediately on the delivery ticket and
a copy provided to driver.
- For delivery time, on average on most products allow up to 2 - 3 weeks from the
time order is placed and HOW is in receipt of a fully cleared
payment. See specific Product Page of individual product for more precise delivery time.
- Alaska, Hawaii: Orders can only be delivered to closest continental port, Washington State for Alaska & California for Hawaii. Customer will be solely responsible for crating and shipping over seas.
- California: Due to limitations of distribution centers in California your order may arrive directly from manufacturer via semi freight. In such cases, we must ensure you will have access for semi to make delivery.
- $80. per window in all 50 states.

Most orders will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. On occasion on large over sized windows or large quantity orders the products will be shipped via standard semi freight.
- For delivery time, on average allow 7 - 10 days from the
time order is placed and HOW is in receipt of a fully cleared
payment. See specific Product Page of individual product for more precise delivery time.
- Alaska & Hawaii: orders will arrive either Fed Ex or UPS.
* Our Manufacturers have local Distribution Centers within most states,
however there may be a minimal additional shipping cost for distances
beyond specified limitations. Some delivery areas may incur a slightly
higher fee due to their route location (rural, mountainous, etc.).
** Any product asked to be held by HOW for delayed delivery will incur minimal "storing" fees. It is the sole decision of HOW on whether any delivery will be held upon Customer's request or delivered immediately upon completion. HOW will not be responsible for delays due to labor troubles, fire, accidents, transportation, or other causes beyond its control.
